I forgot to set home! What do I do?

If you forgot to set your home, don't worry! Just contact a Moderator or Admin in-game, and we'll gladly help you get back.

How do I play with my friends?

Playing with your friends on Valegate is incredibly straightforward. You can teleport to them using /tpa, share access to claims with /trust

Do you support bedrock edition?

Yes! We do support players joining the server on Bedrock Clients to do this enter the following details on the bedrock client:

IP: play.valegate.net

Port: 19132

I have found a bug, what do I do?

Our Development team at Valegate works extremely hard to eliminate any bugs before they can arise, However, sometimes we might miss a few.

If you encounter any issues, please inform us via a bug report ticket on Discord or contact a member of our team in-game and we'll investigate.

How do I apply for staff?

Currently, staff applications are not open. Please keep an eye on announcements in our Discord server for updates and more information on when applications will be available.
